It was marketing for Unbounce that she realized the success of marketing was the number of successes a customer has with a business, more than just the transactions she has had.
Since then, she has worked with SaaS teams like Sprout Social, Appcues, and dozens more to take customer insights and turn them into revenue-generating outcomes.
