Paula Dozsa is a co-founder and lead developer at ImagiLabs, a company that is creating the world’s first mobile-first community with a reach of 300 million pre-teen girls globally.
She is dedicated to making the tech landscape more diverse and breaking down any barriers that inhibit younger generation girls from considering coding as a viable career option.
She witnessed firsthand the impact of diversity while pursuing her stem degree at New York University Abu Dhabi, where she also met her co-founders Dora Palfi (a previous speaker at UPPSTART in 2020) and Beatrice Ionescu.
